# Manage LLM virtual agents on the Assistants screen

# Manage LLM virtual agents on the Assistants screen {#ariaid-title1}

Create, edit, and turn on/off LLM virtual agents from the Assistants screen.

Role required: virtual_agent_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllConversational InterfacesAssistants.
2. The Assistants screen displays existing LLM virtual agents with these fields:

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Virtual agent's name. |
   | Description | Description of the virtual agent. |
   | Status | Is the virtual agent active. |
   | Last updated | Date and time the virtual agent was most recently updated. |

3. To create a new virtual agent, select Create new to display the Now Assist for Virtual Agent Overview screen.  
   Follow the screens to create a new virtual agent. For more information, see [Configuring assistants overview](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/CqnVVXzMNuMOzMxUn2V2OA "Use Assistant Designer to build and optimize large language model (LLM) assistants for your conversational needs. Assistant Designer is a centralized assistant administrator experience that allows you to create and manage both chat and voice assistants.").
4. To edit an existing virtual agent, select the virtual agent's name or select the three vertical dots ![More actions icon.]() at the end of any field and select Edit.  
   If Virtual Agent is completely configured, the Now Assist for Virtual Agent Review screen displays. For more information, see [Configuring assistants overview](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/CqnVVXzMNuMOzMxUn2V2OA "Use Assistant Designer to build and optimize large language model (LLM) assistants for your conversational needs. Assistant Designer is a centralized assistant administrator experience that allows you to create and manage both chat and voice assistants."). If Virtual Agent is not completely configured, the last unfinished step in the Virtual Agent guided setup displays. Once installed, select a card to customize your bot or set up Agent Chat.").
5. To turn an existing virtual agent on or off, select the three vertical dots ![More actions icon.]() at the end of any field and select Turn on or off.
