Create a custom flow action in Workflow Studio for enabling external routing.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. On your ServiceNow instance, navigate to AllFlow DesignerActions.
2. From the Actions list, open AWA Post External Routing Events -- Demo.
3. Select Copy action from the More Actions menu ![More actions menu.](), copy the contents of the AWA Post External Routing Events -- Demo action and provide a name to it.
4. Select Publish.
