You can activate the Advanced Work Assignment plugin (com.glide.awa) if you have the admin role.

Advanced Work Assignment activates the Skills Management plugin (com.snc.skills_management) to implement user and group skills.{#awa-activate__table_i45_m3v_pfb__entry__2}

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllAdvanced Work AssignmentHome.
2. Select Get Advanced Work Assignment plugin to install the Advanced Work Assignment plugin for your instance.  
   The All Applications page opens in a new window or tab. If you don't see the Get Advanced Work Assignment plugin button, you either don't have the permissions to install the plugin, or the plugin has already been installed.
3. In the All Applications page, select Install and complete the installation prompts.
4. In the Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) Home experience's Plugin page opened dialog box, select Done.  
   The AWA Home experience refreshes, the Get targeted routing capabilities section appears, and AWA is installed.
