Create a custom Now Assist skill directly while building a flow. When you add an Execute Skill action, you can choose an existing skill or create a new skill inline without leaving Workflow Studio.

Make sure that the Now Assist Skill Kit plugin is installed and activated. For more information, see Install Now Assist plugins.

Navigate to .

On the homepage, select Flows.

Build a flow or edit an existing flow.

Add the Execute Skill action that is available under Now Assist skill kit.

Select +Create New SKill.

Specify the skill name, inputs, and outputs.
A banner displays with a link to open the skill in Now Assist Skill Kit.

In Now Assist Skill Kit, publish the skill.

Navigate to , search for the custom skill, and select Active skill.

Test and publish the flow.
