# Export application rationalization data to Excel or CSV

# Export application rationalization data to Excel or CSV {#ariaid-title1}

Export the application rationalization list view data to Microsoft Excel or CSV so that you can use the data to obtain insights, share with stakeholders, and prepare for analysis.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesEnterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Application Rationalization page by selecting the application rationalization icon (![Application rationalization icon.]()).
3. Select the export icon (![Export icon.]()) on the Application Rationalization page.
4. From the File type drop-down on the Export window, select Excel or CSV to export the data to a Microsoft Excel or CSV file respectively.  
5. Select Export.

## Resultado

A file with the selected format is downloaded and saved in your local system.
