# Add or edit diagram version details

You can add or edit version-specific details for a diagram to improve change management and compliance. Adding diagram version details ensures better clarity between all stakeholders in the context of the diagram and
timelines.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_apm.apm_user and Owner or Editor access to the artifact or diagram

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesEnterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Modeling page by selecting the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization icon (![Enterprise Modeling and Visualization icon.]()).
3. Select a diagram from the Diagrams page.
4. Select the View details icon (![View details icon.]()) next to the version drop-down.
5. To add or edit diagram version details, select Edit.  
6. On the Edit version detail form, fill in the fields.

7. Select Save.

## Resultado

The diagram version details are added. The diagrams List view shows details of the latest and approved versions.
