# Track record list changes

Get an AI-generated summary of recent changes made to a list without manually reviewing each record.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ai_filter_tracker.user, workspace_user

## Procedure

1. Open a workspace list in your instance.  
   Note:  
   * This feature doesn't work on related lists.
   * This feature is limited to tables that extend task.
   * The list must have less than 100 records.
   * You can only track five lists at a time.

2. Select the AI tracking icon (![AI tracking icon]()).  
   When records within the list change, you can summarize the changes.

3. Select Summarize.

## Result

A summary of recent changes made to the list is generated.
