Turn on the theme creation workflow to generate themes using the ServiceNow Otto® panel.

## Before you begin

The ServiceNow Otto for Creator application must be installed. See [Install ServiceNow Otto for Creator](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=install-now-assist-for-creator&version=australia&pubname=australia-application-development&ft:locale=en-US).

The ServiceNow Otto® panel must be turned on. See [Activate the ServiceNow Otto panel standard chat](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=activate-now-assist-panel&version=australia&pubname=australia-intelligent-experiences&ft:locale=en-US).

Role required: ui_builder_admin

## About this task

The theme creation workflow enables AI-powered theme generation in the ServiceNow Otto® panel.  
Note:  
Check your entitlements to determine whether you have access to ServiceNow Otto for Creator.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllAI Agent StudioOverview.
2. Select the Theme Creation Workflow card.
3. From the Agentic workflow table, select Theme Creation Workflow.
4. Choose Select channels and status.
5. Turn on Engage via the ServiceNow Otto panel.
6. Activate the theme workflow by selecting Test.  
   The workflow is enabled in the ServiceNow Otto® panel.
