Set up your Workspace display preferences.

## Before you begin

Workspace preferences display only if you have access to a Workspace and the Workspace is in focus.

Role required: none

## Procedure

1. Navigate to User MenuPreferencesWorkspace.
2. Select the toggle next to each option to turn the preference on or off.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | ![Show the ribbon.]() | Shows the ribbon widget by default when the form loads. |
   | ![Show the sidebar.]() | Shows the contextual side panel by default when the form loads. |
   |   | Expands all activities in the activity stream automatically. |
   |   | Loads all content on a page dynamically, as needed. Disable this preference to load all content immediately. |
