Help Center content includes a thumb up or thumbs down feedback option for each Help center article in your instance.
Help Center content feedback
When viewing Help Center content, after an article is selected, a thumb up or thumbs down feedback option is included for each Help center article in your instance. A feedback helps to notify whether the article is helpful or if improvements can be made.
Feedback analytics
To view the feedback analytics, navigate to .
In the example provided, Service Operations Workspace is selected, and in the left-hand navigation are selected. The events page displays a list of events within the workspace, and the number of occurrences for each event.
In this example, after selecting the Thumbs up event, the thumbs up dashboard displays to show.
