With the Guided Tour Designer, you can effortlessly create guided tours. The primary steps are as follows:

Define scope
:   Begin by accessing the Guided Tour Designer. Specify the tour's name, type (for example, Workspace, Service Portal), starting page, and the relevant user roles.

Add steps
:   Use the drag-and-drop interface to incorporate callouts, instructions, and triggers for specific page elements.

Test and refine
:   Test the tour during development to identify and implement necessary changes for an effective user experience.

Publish the tour
:   After the tour is finalized, publish it.
