AI Search extends support to search within Help Panel for knowledge
articles and embedded help documents. Only relevant content to the user will be displayed based on
their role.  
Note:  
This feature is dependent on the AI Search Plugin. AI Search is a ServiceNow AI Platform feature that is active by default.

The search results will be from knowledge tables and embedded help tables. Results are based on context that are relevant to the users.
