# Edit or delete a Site

Edit a site to update its information or delete a site that no longer exists on your Discovery Console for OT.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to the Sites page.

Edit a Site

2. To edit a Site, do the following.
   1. Next to the site in the Edit column, select the edit site icon ![]().
   2. Update and save your changes.

   Note:  
   You can't select the same IP Addresses for both the Include and Ignore selections for the Site without triggering an error.

Delete a Site

3. To delete a Site, do the following.
   1. Next to the site in the Delete column, select the delete site icon ![]().
   2. Confirm that you want to permanently delete this site, and select Delete Site.  
      Note:  
      If devices are associated to a Site, the Site can't be deleted.
