Create a sales promotion claim case to
claim the reimbursement or discount.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin) or dealer sales agent (sn_dealer_mgmt.dealer_sales_agent)

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsSales Promotion ManagementMy PromotionsAll Claims.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Asset | Asset for the claim. |
   | Requested by | Logged-in user or member of the logged-in user's service organization. |
   | Consumer | Consumer tagged to install base. |
   | Dealer | Business location. |
   | Sale price | Sale price of the product sold. Select the required currency from the list |
