ServiceNow AI Lens enables you to harness generative AI to scan, extract, understand, and synthesize data directly from your phone or tablet, making it easy to optimize your workflows on the go.

By capturing data from a variety of visual sources---including images, emails, handwritten notes, websites, and applications---ServiceNow AI Lens streamlines tasks like auto-filling forms, extracting information from multiple screenshots, and generating actionable insights.  
ServiceNow AI Lens supports the following file types:

* PDF
* DOC
* DOCX
* XLS
* XLSX
* PPT
* PPTX
* JPG
* JPEG
* PNG

ServiceNow AI Lens can extract information from images and directly enter the data into forms. To have ServiceNow AI Lens assist you, tap the Lens icon ![](). After attaching the image you want to extract information from, you can add additional instructions for how ServiceNow AI Lens should extract the data.
