Use ServiceNow Otto® in Native Mobile Virtual Agent to deliver more direct, relevant, and conversational responses to questions using generative AI. Virtual Agent also enables you to provide feedback on AI-generated responses.

ServiceNow Otto in Virtual Agent uses large language models (LLM)s and generative AI to improve deflection rates and make it easier for users to find relevant information.
