Enable push notifications on your mobile device to receive information and messages
directed to you.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## Procedure

1. Log in to the ServiceNow mobile app.
2. On the navigation bar, tap the Settings button.
3. On the settings page, tap notification preferences and then enable the Enable notifications toggle.
