Use button emphasis to define the appearance and color of function buttons throughout
your mobile app. The appearance and color of function buttons helps users identify the types of
actions they trigger.
Important:  
Use legacy mobile theming on Tokyo and earlier ServiceNow® instances. For Utah and later releases, see [Next Experience theming for mobile](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/VUsSbw15CqbYecSJO9bQWA "Use Next Experience theming to give your mobile apps color scheme consistent with your instance web experience."). Select the mobile theme colors for button emphasis throughout your mobile app. You can define different colors to compliment your branding guidelines and you can vary your selection according to different locations on your
mobile app.  
The available theme colors for button emphasis are primary, secondary, tertiary, positive, and destructive. The following diagram shows the default colors that are available.
