    To download the latest release, visit the Apple App Store. Users can launch a demo to try the ServiceNow Onboarding - Intune app. You can use a demo account from the initial post-download screen or the instance list screen.

    1. Launch the app to log in to the instance.
    2. Click the Virtual Agent icon at the top right corner of the screen.
    3. Click Chat.
    4. Click the '+' icon.

      Notice that the 'End Conversation' link is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

    5. Click the 'End Conversation' link.

    Notice that the conversation is not ended.
