Assign or unassign impacted assets

  • Create a impacted asset list and assign or unassign it to a phases or sub-phases.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Recall Management > My Campaigns > Impacted asset.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Table 1. Assign or unassign an impacted asset form
      Fields Description
      Recall campaign Name of the recall campaign.
      Recall campaign phase Recall campaign phase that you want to recall.
      Repair claim case Repair claim case number.
      Asset

      Asset to assign or unassign to a phase or sub-phase.

      Install base Install base item.
    4. Select Save.
