  • Assign an impacted asset to the recall campaign.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager and sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_phase_owner

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Recall Management > My Campaigns > Recall Campaign Phases.
    2. Select Assign.
    3. Select the asset from the list.
    4. Select Assign.
