Configure, use, and manage sales promotions in MCO.

## 1. Configure sales promotion

Complete the following tasks in order:

1. Install Sales promotion claim management \[sn_sls_prm_clm_mgt\]: [Installing applications, plugins, and products](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=installing-apps-app-manager&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
2. Set up product models and parts: [Configure product model](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/4~xdZ1mZ4bstbhUtsFrx2w "Create and activate product models for finished products, parts, and components in Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO).")
3. It includes the promotion name, start and end date of the promotion, sales promotion type, and incentive details.")

## 2. Work with sales promotion (OEM)

Create and manage campaigns and review claims in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. See the following topics:
