Submit a repair claim for recall

  • Create a recall claim and submit it for approval.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Dealer Portal > Catalogs > Customer operations > Repair claim.
    2. On the Claim details form, fill in the fields .
      For a description of the field values, see Claim details form.
    3. Select Continue.
      The Claim jobs form appears.
    4. Select Add claim jobs.
    5. Set Type to Recall.
    6. On the Claim jobs form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Repair claim form.
    7. Select Submit.

    Result

    The Claim job is successfully submitted for review and approval.
