Create an issue report for the product non-conformance.

## Before you begin

Role required: Product Non-conformance Submitter (sn_mfg_qm.product_non_conformance_submitter)

## About this task

This task appears only when Now Assist capabilities are not available.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Dealer PortalCatalogsCategoriesQuality issuesReport a product non-conformance.
2. On the Report a product non-conformance form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Report a product non-conformance](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/~fn7NVBG8GxjMGGGbAG6Iw "The report a product non-conformance form enables you to add the issue details.").
3. Select Choose a file, to upload any available documents or images.
4. Select Submit.
5. In the Correction actions tab, Correction action can be viewed.
