# Create My campaign phases

Display the claims assigned to the person who has logged in to the workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager

## Procedure

1. WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsRecall ManagementAll Campaigns  
   Note:  
   A recall campaign must be in an In-progress state before creating a recall campaign phases.
2. Select New, to [Create a campaign](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/8CCa8198zXaNUL5qaFxJ2Q "Create a recall campaign and also view the list of campaigns claims assigned to the person who has logged in to the workspace.").
3. Select the corresponding campaign record in which you want to create phases and sub-phases.
4. On the Recall campaign phases form, fill in the fields.

5. Select Save.
