Create
a
non-conformance case task report for products that had an issue.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListProduct Quality InvestigationProduct Quality Investigation Task.
2. Select New.
3. On the Product Quality Investigation Task form, fill in the fields.

4. Select Save.
