Create a preventive action for product quality issue case.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListProduct Quality InvestigationPreventive Action.
2. Select New.
3. On the Preventive Action form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Preventive action form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/s2mzaYbiVOPFoEUUEz4vsA "The preventive action form captures the remediation plan, cost, priority, and status details for a quality issue (QI).").
4. Select Save.
