# Create a sales promotion claim case

# Create a sales promotion claim case {#ariaid-title1}

Submit a sales promotion claim case to request incentive amounts for a completed sale.

## Before you begin

Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin) or dealer sales agent (sn_dealer_mgmt.dealer_sales_agent)

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSales Promotion Claim ManagementAll.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Asset | Asset for the claim. |
   | Requested by | Logged in user or member of the logged in user's service organization. |
   | Consumer | Consumer is associated with the install base. |
   | Dealer | Business location. |
   | Sales price | Sale price of the product sold. Select the required currency from the list |

4. Select Continue.
5. On the form, fill in the fields.

   |-|-|
   | Select incentives | Applicable promotion, claimed amount, and other required fields for the claim. |

6. Select Continue.
7. Process the claim in one of the following ways.

   | Activity | Description |
   | Claim in review | Submit the claim for review. |
   | Review and approve | Review the claim and approve. Enter the amount to approve. |
   | Claim summary | View the summary of the sales promotion claims. |

## Result

Sales promotion claim case is created.
