Create
a remediation action plan for
product quality investigation case.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListRemediation Action Plan.
2. Select New.
3. On the Remediation Action Plan form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Remediation action plan form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/ZYhKP0UI_P1XJVb_YmWpkg "The Remediation action plan form enables you to add the remediation details.").
4. Select Save.
