Create a product quality investigation report.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListProduct Quality Investigation.
2. Select New.
3. On the Product Quality Investigation form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Product quality investigation form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/1w7Zr9cu_1Ni1~RJLZ3jSw "The PQI form enables you to add the investigation details.").
4. Select Save.
