# Create a checklist template

Agents workspace enables the manufacturer to
create a checklist for verification.

## Before you begin

Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin) or sales promotion manager (sn_sales_prm_mgmt.sales_promotion_manager)

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsSales Promotion ManagementMy Promotion.
2. Select Create checklist.  
   The Create a checklist template appears.
3. Enter the Name of the checklist template.
4. Work on the checklist as needed.
   * To add a checklist item, select Add checklist item.  
     Note:  
     These checklist items are displayed on the case line.
   * To delete a checklist item, select ![Delete]()
   {#mco-create-checklist__choices_y2d_g1w_zfc}
5. Select Create.

## Result

A checklist template is created.

## What to do next

To duplicate a checklist, do the following:

1. Select Edit checklist.
2. Select Duplicate.
