As an OEM, plan, manage, and execute a promotional effort.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsRecall ManagementMy CampaignsCampaign Tasks.
2. Select New.
3. On the Campaign tasks form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Campaign tasks form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/TxlFR6HsGdv2SoeTEA0yGw "Campaign tasks form enables you to add the recall campaign details.").
4. Select Save.
