관리자 역할로 Conversational Integration with Workplace from Facebook (sn_va_fb_workplace) 애플리케이션을 설치할 수 있습니다.

## 시작하기 전에

* 의 이전 릴리스 가상 에이전트를 사용하는 경우 이 메시징 통합에서 지원되는 기능을 사용하려면 릴리스로 Xanadu 업그레이드해야 합니다.

  스토어에서 ServiceNow Store 대화형 통합 앱을 설치하면 채널 및 통합 페이지에서 해당 설치 버튼이 활성화됩니다. 통합 앱을 Workplace from Facebook 설치하지 않은 경우 앱이 사용 가능한 채널 섹션에 나열됩니다.

  앱을 Workplace from Facebook 설치 Conversational Integration with Workplace from Facebook 하면 통합 섹션에 이 항목이 표시되며 구성을 진행할 수 있습니다.

필요한 역할: virtual_agent_admin 및 external_app_install_admin 또는 관리자

## 프로시저

1. 다음으로 이동 모두대화형 인터페이스설정.
2. General Settings(일반 설정)의 Channels and integrations(채널 및 통합)에서 View All(모두 보기)을 클릭합니다.
3. 채널 및 통합 페이지의 타일에서 Microsoft TeamsGet Workplace 플러그인을 클릭합니다.  
   페이지로 리디렉션 Conversational Integration with Workplace from Facebook ServiceNow Store 됩니다.
4. 화면 오른쪽 상단에서 Get(가져오기)을 클릭합니다.  
   주:  
   플러그인을 가져오려면 포털에 ServiceNow Store 로그인해야 합니다.
5. Conversational Integration with Workplace from Facebook ServiceNow Store 페이지에서 Request Install(설치 요청)을 클릭합니다.
6. 설치 요청 화면에서 인스턴스 이름 및 요청 이유를 입력합니다.  
   인스턴스 확인을 클릭하여 제공한 인스턴스를 검증할 수도 있습니다.
7. 요청을 클릭합니다.  
   설치 요청 화면에 요청이 자동 승인되었다는 메시지가 나타납니다.
