ThousandEyes 플랫폼에 웹후크를 추가하여 ThousandEyes를 통합 이벤트 관리 합니다.

## 시작하기 전에

이벤트 관리 커넥터(sn_em_connector) 플러그인이 ServiceNow AI Platform 인스턴스에 설치되어 있는지 확인합니다.

디스커버리 ThousandEyes 서비스에는 지원되지 않으므로 이벤트 바인딩이 작동하려면 인스턴스에 ServiceNow CI를 수동으로 생성해야 합니다.

## 이 태스크 정보

ThousandEyes를 데이터 소스로 인증하여 ThousandEyes에서 이벤트 수집을 위한 환경을 구성 이벤트 관리 합니다. ThousandEyes 플랫폼에서 웹후크를 사용하여 인스턴스를 ServiceNow AI Platform REST 엔드포인트로 설정합니다.

## 프로시저

1. 인스턴스에서 ServiceNow 다음 단계를 완료하여 CI를 만듭니다.
   1. 탐색 모음에서 모두구성CI 클래스 관리자.
   2. 계층 구조를 클릭하고 <kbd class="ph userinput">HTTP(S) 엔드포인트</kbd>를 검색합니다.
   3. CI 목록을 선택하고 새 CI를 만듭니다.

2. ThousandEyes 플랫폼에서 알림 대상을 생성합니다.
   1. 탐색 모음에서 경보경보 규칙.
   2. 기존 경보 규칙을 클릭하고 알림 탭을 선택합니다.
   3. 선택 웹후크 편집 을 클릭하고 다음 정보를 입력합니다.

## 결과

ThousandEyes 경보의 기본 심각도는 중요 -2이며 다음 섹션에서 변경할 수 있습니다.Push Connector Configuration 밀어넣기 커넥터ThousandEyes 밀어넣기 커넥터. 유효한 심각도 값은 1 - 심각,2 - 중요, 3 - 경미, 4 - 경고, 5 - 정보입니다.

ThousandEyes 경보의 기본 시간대는 GMT이며, 다른 시간대에서 경보를 보내려면 다음 섹션에서 Push Connector Configuration 변경할 수 있습니다. 밀어넣기 커넥터ThousandEyes 밀어넣기 커넥터. 유효한 값 형식은 GMT+01:00, GMT+02:00, GMT-05:30, GMT-02:00 등입니다.
