Catchpoint 플랫폼에 경보 웹후크를 추가하여 Catchpoint를 통합합니다 이벤트 관리 .

## 시작하기 전에

이벤트 관리 커넥터(sn_em_connector) 플러그인이 ServiceNow AI Platform 인스턴스에 설치되어 있는지 확인합니다.

필요한 역할: evt_mgmt_admin

## 이 태스크 정보

Catchpoint를 데이터 소스로 인증하여 Catchpoint에서 이벤트 수집을 위한 환경을 구성 이벤트 관리 합니다. Catchpoint 플랫폼에서 웹후크를 사용하여 을(를) REST 엔드포인트로 설정합니다 ServiceNow AI Platform .

## 프로시저

1. Catchpoint 플랫폼에서 경보 웹후크 대상을 생성합니다.
   1. Catchpoint 플랫폼에 로그인합니다.
   2. 다음으로 이동 캐치포인트설정API경보 데이터 웹후크 웹후크 엔드포인트를 설정합니다.
   3. API 경보 웹후크에서 다음 상세 정보를 입력합니다.

2. HTTP 엔드포인트 모니터링 테스트의 경우 인스턴스에서 ServiceNow CI를 생성합니다.  
   주:  
   Catchpoint 커넥터는 엔드포인트, 네트워킹 등 여러 유형의 모니터링 테스트를 지원합니다. 다음 단계는 HTTP 엔드포인트 모니터링 테스트에만 적용됩니다.
   1. 다음으로 이동 구성CI 클래스 관리자.
   2. 계층 구조를 클릭하고 HTTP(S) 엔드포인트를 검색합니다.
   3. CI 유형 필드에서 cmdb_ci_endpoint_http을 선택합니다.

   서비스가 모델링되지 않은 경우 \[cmdb_ci_endpoint_http\] 테이블 아래에 CI를 수동으로 추가해야 합니다. 또한 서비스를 자동으로 검색하기 전에 수동 엔드포인트를 제거해야 합니다. CI 바인딩을 테스트하는 다른 유형의 경우 요구 사항에 따라 이벤트 규칙을 만들 수 있습니다.

## 결과

Catchpoint 커넥터에서 이벤트 관리 플러그인으로 경보 플로우가 시작됩니다. 다음 표에서는 Catchpoint 심각도 매핑이 매핑으로 ServiceNow 변환되는 방법을 보여줍니다.
