## 시작하기 전에

필요한 역할: sn_publications.author 또는 sn_publications.admin

## 프로시저

1. 다음으로 이동 모두지정 커뮤니케이션활성 게시글.
2. 원하는 게시글을 엽니다.
3. 게시 수신자 관련 목록을 클릭합니다.  
   이 목록의 각 수신자에 대해 고객이 문서를 봤는지 확인할 수 있습니다.
