ServiceNow インスタンスで ServiceNow Meeting 拡張機能アプリ ID をマッピングして、Microsoft Teams にカンファレンス用の会議拡張機能タブを自動的に追加します。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：Microsoft Teams アドミン

## 手順

1. Meeting 拡張機能アプリ ID をコピーします。
   1. [Microsoft Teams 管理ポータル](https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/)にログインします。
   2. 移動先 Teams アプリアプリの管理.
   3. \[ServiceNow Meeting ボット (ServiceNow Meeting Bot)\] を検索して選択します。
   4. \[ServiceNow Meeting ボット (ServiceNow Meeting Bot)\] を選択します。
   5. アプリ ID をメモ帳にコピーします。  
      注:  
      \[外部アプリ ID\] ではなく、必ず \[アプリ ID\] の値をコピーしてください。

      この \[アプリ ID\] は、ServiceNow インスタンスのシステムプロパティで更新する必要があります。

2. Meeting 拡張機能アプリ ID をペーストします。
   1. ServiceNow インスタンスにログインします。
   2. 移動先 通知Microsoft Teamsプロパティ.
   3. \[Meeting 拡張機能 Teams アプリのアプリケーション ID (Application ID of Meeting Extensibility teams app)\] フィールドを上記のアプリ ID で更新します。
   4. \[保存\] をクリックします。  
      注:  
      Meeting 拡張機能アプリを機能させるには、[Microsoft Teams ポータル](https://teams.microsoft.com/)にログインし、\[アプリ\] で \[ServiceNow Meeting ボット (ServiceNow Meeting Bot)\] アプリを検索して少なくとも 1 回開きます。
