ServiceNow 仮想エージェントボットまたは自己設定ボットと Microsoft Teams との統合を削除して、アプリと ServiceNow インスタンスとの関連付けを解除します。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：

* Virtual_agent_admin および external_app_install_admin または admin
* サードパーティアプリケーションのアドミニストレーター

## 手順

1. 移動先 すべて対話型インターフェースチャネルと統合.
2. \[チャネルと統合 (Channels and integrations)\] ページの Microsoft Teams タイルで、\[管理\] を選択します。
3. \[Microsoft Teamsチャネルを管理\] ページで、削除する統合 (Now 仮想エージェント ボットまたは自己設定ボット) を見つけて、\[ボットを管理\] アイコン ![\[ボットを管理\] アイコン]()を選択し、\[ 統合を削除\] を選択します。

4. \[統合を削除\] 確認メッセージで、\[削除\] を選択して統合の削除を続行します。  
   選択された Microsoft Teams ボットと仮想エージェントの統合が削除されました。
