エスカレーション間隔と一時停止条件は、滞留アクティビティモニターには関係ありません。

滞留アクティビティモニターテーブルは SLA に使用されるテーブルを拡張するため、関連するリストとフィールドは使用できますが、滞留アクティビティモニターが接続またはトリガーされたときには、これらの要素は使用されません。
