ServiceNow Store から購入したアプリケーションをインストールして、インスタンスで利用できるようにします。

## 始める前に

* ServiceNow Store からアプリケーションを購入します。
* アプリケーションとその関連するすべての ServiceNow Store アプリケーションに有効な ServiceNow エンタイトルメントがあることを確認してください。詳細については、「[ServiceNow 製品またはアプリケーションのエンタイトルメントの取得](https://store.servicenow.com/$appstore.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186)」を参照してください。

## このタスクについて

ServiceNow Store から購入したアプリケーションは、自動的にアプリケーションマネージャーに追加されます。インスタンスでアクティブ化するには、アプリケーションマネージャーからアプリケーションをインストールする必要があります。

ServiceNow アプリケーションリポジトリに公開したアプリケーションをインストールするには、代わりに「[Install an application from the application repository](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=install-app-from-repo&version=xanadu&pubname=xanadu-application-development&ft:locale=en-US)」のステップに従ってください。

## 手順

1. \[すべて\]\[システムアプリケーション\]\[利用可能なすべてのアプリケーション\]\[すべて\]に移動します。  
2. フィルター基準と検索バーを使用してアプリケーションを検索します。  
   名前または ID でアプリケーションを検索できます。アプリケーションが見つからない場合は、ServiceNow Store へのリクエストが必要になることもあります。{#t_InstallApplications__p_gd1_nfg_h1c}

   [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) Web サイトにアクセスして利用可能なすべてのアプリを表示し、ストアにリクエストを送信する方法について確認してください。リリースされたすべてのアプリのリリースノート情報については、「[ServiceNow Storeバージョン履歴のリリースノート](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/store-release-notes/page/release-notes/store/sn-store-release-notes.html)」を参照してください。{#t_InstallApplications__p_hd1_nfg_h1c}
3. リストからバージョンを選択し、\[インストール\] を選択します。  
   表示されるインストールダイアログボックスには、アプリケーションと併せてインストールされている依存関係が一覧表示されます。{#t_InstallApplications__p_id1_nfg_h1c}
4. プロンプトが表示された場合は、ServiceNow Store へのリンクに従って、依存関係のエンタイトルメントを取得します。
5. **オプション:** 利用できるデモデータをインストールするには、\[デモデータのロード\] チェックボックスをオンにします。  
   デモデータには、一般的なユースケース向けのアプリケーション機能を説明するサンプルレコードが含まれています。開発またはテストインスタンスで初めてアプリケーションをインストールする場合は、デモデータを読み込みます。  
   重要:  
   インストール時にデモデータを読み込んでおかないと、後から読み込むことはできません。
6. \[インストール\] を選択します。
7. **オプション:** \[サブスクリプション管理に移動\] をクリックして、インストールされているアプリケーションをサブスクリプションにマッピングします。
