ServiceNow Store で利用可能な ServiceNow® Application Insights アプリケーションは、システムの健全性の視覚化と監視を一元的に行える場所を提供します。

Xanadu リリース以降、Application Insights は将来の廃止に備えて準備されます。これは非表示になり、新しいインスタンスにはインストールされなくなりますが、引き続きサポートされます。詳細については、Now Support ナレッジベースの「[Deprecation Process (廃止プロセス) \[KB0867184\]](https://support.servicenow.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0867184)」の記事を参照してください。

## 概要 {#application-insights__section_hwn_wrg_q5b}

Application Insights を使用すると、インスタンスの健全性とパフォーマンスを積極的に管理できます。Application Insights から提供される時系列のグラフとデータによって、パフォーマンスの傾向を視覚化し、相関イベントを確認し、リソースにアクセスして是正措置を講じることが可能になります。

Application Insightsにアクセスするには、admin または sn_app_insights.admin ロールを持つユーザーとしてログインし、 すべてApplication InsightsApplication Insights.

* すべてのインスタンスノードの健全性とパフォーマンスを 1 か所で表示します。
* インスタンスのパフォーマンスの異常や逸脱を検出します。

* アップグレードやアプリケーションのインストールなどのシステムイベントとのコンテキストや相関を判断することで、パフォーマンスの問題の根本原因を分析します。
