外部サービスにコネクトし、Now Platform を介して会社の設定を完全に行います。ServiceNow システムは、SOAP、REST、WSDL、API などの業界標準のテクノロジーや、Web サービス、JDBC などの他のいくつかのテクノロジーを使用して、サードパーティのアプリと簡単に統合できます。XML、CSV、XLS、およびその他のファイルタイプを使用する外部データを、HTTPS、FTPS、SCP などの複数のデータソースを介してロードします。プラットフォームで統合ポイントが共有されるため、インスタンス間の統合がさらに簡単になります。
