作業用 Android がServiceNowアプリケーションを見つけることができない場合があります。その場合は、組織に対してServiceNowアプリケーションが承認されていない可能性があります。アプリの承認は、Google Play ストアでアプリを検索して行うことができます。

## 始める前に

必要なロール: なし。ただし、MDM を通じて Google Play に移動するか、または Google Play ストアにサインインするために使用する、MDM と同じメールアドレスを使用する必要があります。

## 手順

1. Google Play ストアに移動します。
2. ServiceNowモバイルアプリを検索します。
3. \[承認\] をクリックします。
