Udemy、Pluralsight、Cornerstone などの外部ソースからコースを追加して、ユーザーが外部コンテンツからスキルを獲得できるようにします。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：sn_wfo_cfg_itsm.manager

## 手順

1. \[すべて\]\[ITSM のワークフォース最適化\]\[マネージャーワークスペース\] に移動します。
2. コーチングアイコンをクリックします。
3. \[ラーニング\] タブをクリックします。
4. \[学習コース\]\[外部コース\]に移動します。  
   \[コースを検索\] フィールドを使用してキーワードに基づいてコースを検索したり、\[スキルでコースをフィルター (Filter course by Skill)\] フィールドを使用してスキルに基づいてコースの表示を絞り込むことができます。
5. コースを選択します。
6. \[コースに移動 (Go to course)\] をクリックします。  
   外部コースの確認と学習ができます。
