Microsoft Teams Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub プラグインをインストールし、プロセスアナリストが Microsoft Teams チャネルへのアラートに関するメッセージの自動送信構成を作成する際に使用できるアクションを構成します。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：admin

## 手順

1. \[システムアプリケーション\]\[利用可能なすべてのアプリケーション\]\[すべて\] に移動します。
2. 検索フィールドに、「<kbd class="ph userinput">Microsoft Teams Spoke for ServiceNow IntegrationHub</kbd>」と入力します。  
   プラグインは com.sn.ms_teams.ah です。

   名前または ID でアプリケーションを検索できます。アプリケーションが見つからない場合は、ServiceNow ストアから要求する必要がある場合があります。[ServiceNow ストア](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) Web サイトにアクセスして、利用可能なすべてのアプリを表示し、要求をストアに送信する方法について確認してください。リリースされたすべてのアプリのこれまでのリリースノート情報については、「[ServiceNow ストアのバージョン履歴リリースノート](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/store-release-notes/page/release-notes/store/sn-store-release-notes.html)」を参照してください。
3. \[インストール\]をクリックします。
