Slack 統合を使用すると、インシデント応答者がインシデント中にコラボレーションするための専用チャネルを作成でき、Slack との双方向データ連携が可能になります。インシデントの作成や更新、グループのオンコールユーザーなどの情報の表示、自分にアサインされたインシデントのリストの表示が可能です。

* Collaboration Services プラグイン (sn_tcm_collab_hook) バージョン 2.0.x
* コラボレーションチャネルとして Slack を使用するには、[Slack Spoke for ServiceNow IntegrationHub](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=slack-spoke&version=xanadu&pubname=xanadu-integrate-applications&ft:locale=en-US) プラグイン (com.sn.slack.ahv2) バージョン 1.3.x および 統合ハブ ライセンスが必要です。
