## 始める前に

必要なロール：itil または sn_change_write

## このタスクについて

モバイルエージェントモバイルアプリケーションは スタジオ モバイルプラットフォーム上で実行されます。ITSM モバイルエクスペリエンス (com.sn_itsm_mobile) プラグインを有効にし、お使いのデバイスで ITSM モバイルアプリケーションを有効にします。{#configure-servicenow-agent__fsm-mobile-plugin}

## 手順

1. モバイルデバイスで Apple App Store (iOS プラットフォームの場合) または Google Play ストア (Android プラットフォームの場合) に移動します。
