ServiceNow プラットフォームは、オペレーショナルテクノロジー管理 (OTM) を使用して製造業界のライセンスを管理します。OTM には、IT Operations Management（ITOM) に含まれているライセンスと OTM に固有のライセンスが含まれています。{#otm-license-module__otherprops-integration-2}

IT Operations Management（ITOM) ライセンスと同じ方法で OTM ライセンスを監視します。ServiceNowインスタンスは、ITOM ライセンスカテゴリメタデータ (OTM ライセンスCI タイプ別のライセンス) ページで、\[ SKU タイプ \] 列には otm の値が含まれています。デフォルトでは、ライセンスフィルターは \[SKU タイプに otm を含む (SKU Type contains otm)\] に設定されています。

IT Operations Management（ITOM) で利用可能なものと同じライセンスオプションが、ServiceNow インスタン内の \[OTM ライセンス\] メニューアイテムの下で、OTM に対しても利用できます。
