Intel ® EMA アプリケーションが Windows エンドポイントにインストールされている場合、ACC-V は Intel vPro® プラットフォームを使用してユースケースのデータを収集できます。Intel EMA アプリケーションは ServiceNow ストアからインストールできます。有効にすると、属性は CMDB に格納されます。現在、Intel EMA のデータは Windows エンドポイントに対してのみフェッチできます。  
Intel EMA アプリケーションを使用すると、ServiceNow インスタンスから Intel インスタンスへのアクセスを設定できます。たとえば、IT サポートグループがリモートコンソールを開き、ServiceNow インシデントから電源サイクルなどのアクションを実行できます。図 : 1. Intel + ServiceNow プラットフォーム
