Google Business Messages を ServiceNow® インスタンスと統合するには、Google パートナーアカウントを ServiceNow® インスタンスにリンクする必要があります。

## 始める前に

* 必要なロール：admin
* エージェントが作成された Google ビジネスコミュニケーションアカウント。
* プロバイダーチャネル ID。inbound_id は `<brand_id><agent_id>` です
